Talk at Azure Datafest: 6 Real-world case studies on Deep Learning

I was part of the Azure Datafest organized by Microsoft in their office at Reston, Virginia. Spread over two days, it was a well organized event with interesting sessions and workshops around AI on the cloud, Azure data services and the Microsoft suite of products to manage data & deliver insights.

I had presented 2 sessions. One was a talk on the ‘Applications of deep learning in the enterprise’, and the other was a 4-hour workshop on ‘How to build engaging data stories’ with illustrated exercises on MS Excel and Power BI.

It was great interacting with a highly engaged and inquisitive audience. I learnt a great deal from the conversations that extended well beyond the sessions on both days. The Microsoft team was a great host and I look forward to be a part of their upcoming events.
